  • Mediated family stresses on new roles normalizing at home
  • Assisted with finding Durable Medical Equipment
  • Coached families in negotiating ways to extend their inpatient rehabilitation stays
  • Connected families to our partners to help them raise funds for their uncovered medical needs
  • Developed partnerships with expert SCI hospitals, facilities, researchers, and nonprofits
  • Walked the journey with our SCI families as their Navigators empowering THEM with immediate support and information to know they are not alone.
Our Rapid Response HEAL Team and BLINK SCI Navigators have been supporting our BLINK SCI families 24/7 for the first 90 days. They and our Medical Expert Panel and Wrap Around Team have together provided spiritual, emotional and medical support, best medical and rehab practices and practical SCI life information for the first year of renormalizing.
